| I will do signing in your office for only $65 per loan package, provided that I am given a minimum of three signings per day, back to back, with a grace period of one hour and ten minutes per signing and a five-minute break between each signing. In essence, if my first appointment were at 9 am, my next appointment would not be until 10:15 am. What does this do for you? It allows proper attention be given to your clients without taking away from the duties of other employees. Also, if there is a form that I am unfamiliar with or a problem that the client wants solved before the loan package can be complete, your staff is available. What I would do is go through the package with the client and any time there is a questionable form, I will flag it with a post-it note until the completion of the loan package signing, at which time I will ask the loan rep for that package to meet with the client, in his or her office, to clear up any concerns. What this does for you is allow your loans to be hassle-free and completed within the same day. | As a Certified Signing Agent, I will meet with your client at their convenience, in their home or place of business, for a flat fee. This fee includes travel expenses, notary fees and making sure that the package is signed and returned through your overnight carrier code. If, while at the signing, the borrower has any concerns that prevent them from signing, I would phone the lender, so that the client may work out any problems at that time.
