There is not a day that goes by that someone in the state of Colorado does not need a notary public to complete some form or another.

Many people can not go to the Notary Public office due to scheduling conflicts, disabilities, hospitalization, child care, work hours, or transportation problems - all of which leaves a tremendous strain on the party requiring the signing, to get the notarization done.

That is where I come in... I provide notarizations and loan signings at times and places, other that during normal business hours, at traditional locations (i.e. banks, paralegal and real estate offices).

Notarization creates public record and deters fraud.  It provides evidence in a court of law that the particular individual appeared and requested notarization.  It signifies the seriousness of the document being signed and discourages forged signatures, criminal impostors and back dating of documents.
